Quinoa / Amaranth / Canihua at wok style
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Quinoa/ Amaranth/ Canihua
- 1 cup of water or concentrate of vegetables
- Soy sauce, some parsley
- Garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil
- Breast chicken, mushrooms, prawns ( of your election)
- Half white onion, spring onion, asparagus
Preparation
- Rinse the quinoa and boil it up to 30 minutes
- Get out all the water and put the quinoa, amaranth or canihua in a frying pan until there is no water on it
- When is all dry add the garlic and a bit of oil
- Incorporate the breast chicker which had to be cut on small pieces, prawns if you want and mushrooms, add salt, pepper, soy sauce
- Leave it cooking for 10 minutes and add all the vegetables and the parsley
