Lima Beans mashed
Ingredients
- 150 gr. of Andes Natural ® Lima Beans
- ¼ cup of evaporate milk
- 2 spoons of oil
- Half onion finest chopped
- 1 tea spoon of chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Soak the lima beans for 24 hours until they get soft, then take the water out and put it to cook until they bust.
- In another pot, fry the garlic and the onion, then add the lima beans with a bit of water previous cooked with beans.
- Then add salt and pepper, add the milk and mix well on slow fire.
- You can serve it with a portion of rice, meat, chicken of your preference and also a portion of fresh salad.
