Blueberry Chia Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 ½ of almond milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia
- 1 tbsp chia
- Honey
Preparation
- Place the chia seeds in a cup or jar, add 1/2 cup of the almond milk and stir thoroughly to combine. Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add the blueberries, vanilla and cinnamon, and blend until smooth, adding honey to taste.
- You can replace with the fruit of your preference.
