Andes Alimentos Borns
1979Our CEO, Germán Abregú, began his adventure as warehouse manager in an export company handling with garlic, beans and annatto.

His adventure was taken to the fields
1980For the early 80's his adventure moved to the countryside, gathering food along the coast, mountains and jungle. He created a supply network, walking through Quillabamba gathering annatto and turmeric fingers, through the heights of Tacna buying oregano, through Apurímac acquiring anise, in Calca it was giant white corn, in Arequipa was garlic and in Chiclayo and Piura collecting beans.

Start up his first company
1983German Abregu starts his first company called Agroconsa with 3 partners reaching seven countries. Thus, strengthened his supply network and relationship with farmers.

And adventure with a business partner
1995By the mid 90's, German starts a new adventure with a partner and they create SunPackers, reaching 20 countries.

Creates Andes Alimentos & Bebidas
2012By the end of 2012, German Abregu created Andes Alimentos & Bebidas SAC with his 2 sons, establishing as a family business, with the aim of expanding the product portfolio and developing new markets.

2013New product lines are incorporated, such as oranges, fruit pulps, flours and flakes.

New facilities in Lima Center
2014Implementation of new facilities in the city´s downtown (offices and warehouse).
We received the price "Export Excellence " awarded by ADEX.
Implementation of it´s own processing line for flakes and flour processing.

Planting Programs
2015Implementation of planting and management programs for organic crops of Andean grains.
Implementation of washing and drying plant of Andean grains in Ayacucho.
Local operation starts with sales of vegetables in main peruvian restaurants.

Transfer to the new facilities
2016Moved to new premises in Lurin due to the exponential growth of it sales.
Implementation of its own automated packaging line for packaging in retail format.
Supplying operations with its own brand begin at the main points of sale nationwide.
New products are added to our portfolio, such as canned asparagus, peppers and mango.
