Quinoa / Amaranth / Canihua at wok style

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Quinoa/ Amaranth/ Canihua
  • 1 cup of water or concentrate of vegetables
  • Soy sauce, some parsley
  • Garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil
  • Breast chicken, mushrooms, prawns ( of your election)
  • Half white onion, spring onion, asparagus

Preparation

  1. Rinse the quinoa and boil it up to 30 minutes
  2. Get out all the water and put the quinoa, amaranth or canihua in a frying pan until there is no water on it
  3. When is all dry add the garlic and a bit of oil
  4. Incorporate the breast chicker which had to be cut on small pieces, prawns if you want and mushrooms, add salt, pepper, soy sauce
