Lima Beans mashed

Ingredients

  • 150 gr. of Andes Natural ® Lima Beans
  • ¼ cup of evaporate milk
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • Half onion finest chopped
  • 1 tea spoon of chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak the lima beans for 24 hours until they get soft, then take the water out and put it to cook until they bust.
  2. In another pot, fry the garlic and the onion, then add the lima beans with a bit of water previous cooked with beans.
  3. Then add salt and pepper, add the milk and mix well on slow fire.
  4. You can serve it with a portion of rice, meat, chicken of your preference and also a portion of fresh salad.
